Sare-74..........Then and Now

Sare-74 a movie got released back in the year 1953 casting some master class actors of those days....Tulsi Chakraborty, Molina Debi, Uttam Kumar, Suchitra Sen, Bhanu Bandyopadhyay, Jahar Ray, Haridhan Babu and many others.
Now let's analyze Sare-74 then and now.

Tulsi Chakraborty a boy's hostel owner stays the whole week in Kolkata to manage his hostel and renowned as Dadu/Rajani Babu there....Every weekend he returns back home to meet his family... His wife Molina Debi and his 7 kids along with a new born younger one....His wife a typical homemaker spends her time managing the household and the children....There was an ultimate love bonding within the couple but felt jittery to bring it out in consideration to the age factor......But the wife often suspected the husband of a love affair in Kolkata....Even she reaches her husband's Kolkata Hostel to investigate what was actual case but there was a happy ending to the relationship getting everything settled well and the ultimate love which was covered due to age factor was finally reborn.......The moral of the story is when there is the love existent plss bring it out without hesitation....Age is immaterial here...Else there is a chance that the relationship might get badly tanked.
Next case......In a boy's hostel ultimately a relative of the Hostel Owner comes to stay i.e. Gurudas Bandyopadhyay who was in problem to arrange a roof above his family...... He had a young lady-Suchitra Sen.......Since this was a boy's hostel the young boys tried to find out ways of intimacy and friendship with a young girl.....Now entered Rampriti....The character played by none other than Uttam Kumar who was the Hostel Secretary elected by the boys was dead against a young girl staying in the Boy's Hostel and maintained an extreme rough relationship with the Girl and her family but at the end of the day the love bell rang in the heart of both the young boy and the girl......Ultimately they got married  and stayed happily....... The moral of the story is the more you quarrel the more you know each other and the love bonding increases and becomes intangible.
Next case.....Bhanu Bandyopadhyay and Jahar Ray who were also the Hostel members initially fell in love with Suchitra Sen and wanted to increase their intimacy but when they identified the probable love bell ringing in both Uttam Kumar and Suchitra Sen's hearts they adopted spying behind the boy and the girl engaging themselves into spicy gossips about the couple along with the other hostel members....... But at they end of the day they only initiated and urged the marriage of the lovers tying them into one knot along with the valued support of the hostel owner.......Moral of the story is if you are a true friend in spite of all the hurt feelings you posses for your friend which involves you into anti-friendship activities but at the end of the day you will be the only one who will prove your true friendship.... Friendship is immortal.
Hence Sare-74 (1953) is still cherished by 18-80 age group till date and it successfully reveals it's comic romanticism.
